Dear Master, Thank You, Master, so much for all Your Blessings and Guidance. It has been one month since we opened Loving Hut at Poltava State Agrarian University, and it has already become a popular spot for many. With Master’s Blessings, we now have regular customers, including students, teachers, vegans, and non-vegans from Poltava and nearby areas. We have received a great deal of positive feedback, with many customers exploring our diverse menu, trying something new each visit, and delighting in the vegan dishes.
In addition to our extensive à la carte menu, we offer a daily buffet that is even more affordable, making healthy vegan food accessible to everyone. Customers often express amazement at the variety of buffet selections, with many saying they never expected vegan food to be so delicious.
The university has been incredibly supportive and open to veganism. Rector, Dr. Oleksandr Halych, and other representatives frequently introduce our vegan restaurant to university guests from across Poltava. Recently, we welcomed a team of teachers and students from Kharkiv, who thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and even expressed interest in participating in one of our upcoming vegan cooking shows. So far, we have hosted four very successful vegan cooking shows and plan to continue holding one monthly.
We are also grateful to meet many young, long-time vegans who express their joy and appreciation for having a place like Loving Hut. Yoga teachers and their students are frequent visitors as well. During this fasting season leading up to Easter, people following Orthodox Christian tradition are adopting a plant-based diet. They have expressed gratitude for our wide variety of delicious vegan options, perfectly aligned with the spirit of the season.
Thanks to growing word-of-mouth, Loving Hut Poltava is getting busier each day. Our prices remain affordable. Buffet meals cost around US$1.50–US$2.00 per complete meal, and our à la carte items are reasonably priced, ensuring accessibility for everyone. Despite the affordable prices, we were able to cover all our expenses for the month, and we thank God Almighty for this blessing.
Loving Hut Poltava also participated in the International Health Day event hosted by Poltava Agrarian University on April 8, 2025. During the conference, we encouraged students to adopt the vegan lifestyle to save themselves and the planet.
We sincerely thank Poltava State Agrarian University and all participating schools for supporting these successful vegan outreach events. We are especially grateful to Rector Dr. Oleksandr Halych and Vice Rector Dr. Oleg Gorb, who continually introduce students and teachers to our restaurant and always speak with deep respect about our Beloved Master.
We are also deeply grateful to our Beloved Master and Heavens for blessing us during this very difficult time in this country and for this precious opportunity to serve, as well as for bringing many vegan and non-vegan guests to our newly opened restaurant.
